Service provider and scope
Services are provided by Nikola Ivanov as an individual, a photographer and filmmaker based in Sofia and covering events in Bulgaria. For questions, email info@nikolaivanov.bg or call +359 87 6 888 512.
These terms apply to nikolaivanov.bg and enquiries about services. The specific quotation and contract govern your chosen coverage.
Enquiries and availability
Submitting a form is an enquiry about availability and a quotation. It does not automatically reserve a date or constitute a confirmed booking. The Thank You page confirms that the form has been processed, rather than that a contract has been concluded.
A date is considered reserved following express confirmation and fulfilment of the conditions agreed with the client.
Quotation and payment
The scope, working hours, locations, final price, included materials and delivery deadline are specified in the individual quotation. Additional costs and services are agreed in advance.
The amount and purpose of any advance payment, the balance and refund conditions are set out in the contract. There is no automatic rule that every advance payment is non-refundable.
Preparation and coverage
The client provides the current date, locations, schedule and a coordination contact, as well as information about restrictions on photography and filming at the selected locations. Changes must be communicated promptly.
The photographer works within the agreed scope and artistic approach. Actual conditions — light, access, weather and the event schedule — affect the images. No specific result is promised for situations beyond the photographer’s control.
Delivery of photographs and films
The format, number or scope of final materials, delivery method and deadline are specified in the quotation or contract. Provision of unedited files is agreed separately.
After delivery, the client should download the materials and keep their own backup. Access to the online gallery and storage by the photographer are agreed individually.
Changes, cancellation and complaints
For a date change or cancellation, the client should contact Nikola Ivanov as early as possible. A new date is confirmed subject to availability; financial consequences are governed by the contract and applicable law.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where a contract is concluded remotely, the applicable withdrawal conditions are provided before it is concluded.
Copyright and publication
Rights to use photographs and films are specified in the contract. Public or commercial use beyond the agreed scope requires the relevant permission.
Consent to process an enquiry is not consent to publish photographs of the client, guests or children. Publication in a portfolio or on social media is arranged separately, respecting the rights of those photographed.
Personal data and updates
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Each revision includes an update date. Changes do not unilaterally amend contracts already concluded.
